As Chief Technology Officer, Mr. Andoni oversees all Zeva technology programs, product strategy, and product development. He serves as Director of Zeva’s innovation center, and holds multiple patents for methods related to the secure decryption of encrypted data for PKI/strong encryption environments. Mr. Andoni is a seasoned technologist with 25 years of enterprise and consulting experience covering a wide range of technologies with focus on Security and Identity Management and PKI solutions. Mr. Andoni holds a Master Degree in Computer Science from American University and is a PhD candidate in Information Security at George Mason University. He holds many industry certifications including CNE, MCSE, MCT, CCNA, CCDA, CISSP, and CISM.

As Chief Operating Officer, Jihan provides internal organizational leadership for Zeva’s rapidly growing business. As a technologist, Jihan is a recognized leader in data analytics. Prior to joining Zeva, Jihan worked in technology organizations for over 15 years, most recently as Research Director for the Center for Responsible Politics, a data centric non-profit research organization. Jihan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Bethlehem, and a Master’s Degree in Information Systems from American University.
David is responsible for formulating business strategy, ensuring effective business operations, and supporting business development activities. David has 35 years of IT industry experience delivering IT services to commercial, government, and internal clients. Prior to joining Zeva, David served as Chief Information Officer of Altegrity, a private equity concern. Prior to Altegrity, David was CIO of ManTech International from 2002 to 2008. In addition, he has held senior IT roles at Northrop Grumman and Litton Industries. David is a graduate of the University of Maryland at College Park.
As the Director of Cybersecurity, Mr. King is a recognized leader in the Identity Management Community with over 20 years of cybersecurity expertise with a focus on Identity, Credential, and Access Management. Mr. King provides subject matter expertise in Identity Management and Cybersecurity Policy for a variety of Zeva’s commercial and government clients, including serving as Vice President of Global Policy for SAFE-BioPharma. Prior to joining Zeva, Mr. King worked for Protiviti supporting the Federal PKI for nearly a decade where he performed the role of Senior Policy Analyst and Identity Management Subject Matter Expert for the US Federal Public Key Infrastructure (FPKI) Policy Authority under the US Government’s Identity Credential and Access Management Subcommittee (ICAMSC). He was also a facilitator and key contributor for developing and evolving strategic identity management technology, policies, governance and processes for the FPKI programs in support of PIV and HSPD-12. Previously, Mr. King worked for Booz Allen Hamilton supporting the National Security Agency’s PKI and Biometrics Research initiatives. Mr. King holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, a Master of Science Degree in Computer Systems Management from the University of Maryland, and a Certificate in Information Resources Management.

As the Director of Product Strategy, Mr. Barry ensures Zeva products are developed to meet evolving requirements in a dynamic threat environment by engaging with customers, partners, and focusing on future technology trends. Mr. Barry provides subject matter expertise for Identity, Credential, and Access Management programs, including serving as Chief Technology Officer of SAFE-BioPharma. Mr. Barry is experienced with federal identity standards working with the FPKI CPWG, and he participates in FPKI working groups that govern FPKI identity standards. Before joining Zeva, Mr. Barry served as the Operational Authority Manager for the CertiPath Bridge Certificate Authority, monitored the trust fabric, and oversaw all certificate issuance, CRL publication, certificate revocation. He was also responsible for scheduling cross-certification ceremonies and performing interoperability testing on Enterprise PKI implementations. Mr. Barry has an extensive background testing PKI and physical access systems against government requirements and was a key contributor in the development of Government-wide testing procedures for Personal Identity Verification (PIV) and PIV-Interoperable credentials. Mr. Barry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Information Technology from Virginia Tech. He was certified for CSCIP/G in 2011.
